Ebbsfleet Garden City is one of the most ambitious housing schemes in the UK — Ebbsfleet Development Corporation was established in 2015 with a brief to deliver 15,000 homes by the early 2030s. 5,000+ have already been built. The fast-track bus route to Ebbsfleet International unlocks 16-18 minute high-speed trains to London.
Ebbsfleet International is the main rail hub with Southeastern High Speed services to London St Pancras (18 mins), Stratford (11 mins) and Eurostar to Paris and Brussels. The A2 and M25 are also nearby.
